WHAT IS INVOLVED?
During the Advanced Freediver course, in confined water you will learn stretching and relaxation techniques as well as refine static and dynamic apnea. Your goal is a static apnea of 2 minutes, 30 seconds (2 minutes for freedivers younger than 18) and dynamic apnea of 50 metres (40 metres for freedivers younger than 18). There are also open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. Your goal is a constant weight freedive of 20 meters (15 metres for freedivers younger than 18).
The course includes a complete knowledge development, including knowledge reviews and an exam.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 15 years old
Be certified as a PADI Freediver, or have a qualifying certification from another training organization
Successfully completed the EFR Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) course (or another qualifying course) in the past two years.
