The PADI Yoga Diver Course is a PADI Distinctive Specialty. Participants learn how to integrate fundamental Yoga concepts and practices into their scuba diving experience.
The objective of the PADI Yoga Diver Course is to introduce a basic understanding of the Yoga practice, from both a traditional and contemporary point of view. Your instructor will be highlighting the basic history, theory, physical components, and benefits of Yoga.
In the course, we will explore gentle yet powerful physical exercises, breath control and meditation techniques. Through knowledge development, discussion, land-based practice, and open-water dive training we then learn how to use these practices to enhance the Scuba Diving experience. In general, to become more relaxed, focused, happier, and healthier people both in and out of the water.
Both new and seasoned divers have benefited from this course. Expect to enhance your focus, relaxation, buoyancy, and air consumption, and develop a sense of oneness with the underwater world.
