Emergency First Response

The Emergency First Response (EFR) Course can apply to not just diving but every area of your life. You will learn the basics of CPR and First Aid with the same priorities and techniques used by paramedics and doctors. Taking this course can make a real difference to your ability to deal with medical emergencies and ultimately save lives.

This course is a pre-requisite for the Rescue Course (or equivalent), but its simple approach makes it the perfect course for both divers and non-divers.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

The course combines knowledge development and a practical, hands-on training to develop confidence to care. A final exam and scenario practice complete the course. Although a serious subject, the Emergency First Response Course provides a relaxed and fun learning environment.
