WHAT IS INVOLVED?
During the PADI Freediver course, in confined water you will build up your skills to make one static apnea attempt of at least 90 seconds and one dynamic apnea to 25 metres. Then, you will complete 2 freedive open water sessions with constant weight to allow you to freedive between 10-16 metres. Build up your skills and knowledge necessary to continue on the Advanced Freediver course.
Minimum 15 years old
Ability to swim 200m unaided (or 300m with snorkel and fins) without stopping
Hire of basic equipment needed, instructor, land transport to dive sites and certification card
